Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
Approved cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Once an order has shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Damaged, Missing, or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, missing parts, or defective (DOA), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Photos or videos of the issue

• Photos of the outer packaging

We will arrange replacement parts or provide an appropriate resolution.

Returns

Due to the nature of our precision hardware products, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases unless required by local consumer protection laws.
