Refund & Return Policy

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before fulfilment. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Approved cancellations may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be disclosed at the time of your cancellation request.

Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason, except where an exemption applies (see below).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us before the withdrawal period expires. We will process your return in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection law.

Custom & Personalised Products — Exemption

Products that are made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised are exempt from the EU right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU. This includes all custom PC builds and configured-to-order systems.

Damaged, Missing, or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, missing parts, or defective (DOA), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos of the issue
  • Photos of the outer packaging

We will arrange replacement parts or provide an appropriate resolution.

Refund Timing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
